Knowledge and Advisory Services on Support to Implementation of the Public Procurement Strategy

ININ provided support in the area of procurement professionalization and capacity development at the level of contracting authorities and the development of tools that contribute to the improvement of the National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP) functions.  

1. On-the-job support to certain contracting authorities (CAs)
2. Professionalization and career path in the area of public procurement:
   • Revision of the occupational standard for “public procurement expert” (code COR 241940).
   • Elaboration of the competency framework for the public functions: public procurement officer (CAs level) and system public procurement officer (ANAP level).
   • Support the development of the general framework for specialized training in the area of public procurement.
